ความดันโลหิตต่ำ…อย่าชะล่าใจ!
อย่างที่ทราบกันว่า โรคความดันโลหิตสูงเป็นอันตรายร้ายแรงต่อสุขภาพ แต่ขณะเดียวกันโรคความดันโลหิตต่ำก็เป็นภัยร้ายต่อสุขภาพที่เราไม่อาจมองข้ามได้เช่นกัน
ความดันโลหิตต่ำ คือ ภาวะที่มีความดันโลหิตต่ำกว่า 90/60 (mm/Hg) ในผู้ใหญ่ และในผู้สูงอายุมีค่าความดันต่ำกว่า 100/70 (mm/Hg) มักจะพบในผู้ที่มีสุขภาพร่างกายอ่อนแอ ผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้ที่มีประวัติครอบครัวเป็นโรคความดันโลหิตต่ำ
สังเกตอาการความดันต่ำ ต้องระวัง
ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตต่ำ มักจะไม่แสดงอาการเจ็บป่วยใดๆ ในบางรายอาจมีอาการหูอื้อ ปวดศีรษะ ตาลาย มือเท้าเย็น อ่อนเพลีย ปฏิกิริยาเชื่องช้า ไม่กระปรี้กระเปร่า ระบบการย่อยอาหารไม่ดี ในผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการมาก มักจะมีอาการหัวใจเต้นเร็วไม่สม่ำเสมอ เวียนศีรษะในท่ายืน หายใจลำบาก
ภาวะความดันโลหิตต่ำย่อมส่งผลร้ายต่อร่างกาย ทำให้เลือดไหลเวียนช้าลงเลือดไปล่อเลี้ยงส่วนต่างๆ ของร่างกายไม่เพียงพอ ซึ่งง่ายต่อการเกิดลิ่มเลือดทำให้หลอดเลือดอุดตัน และภาวะความดันโลหิตต่ำ ยังอาจทำให้เกิดภาวะช็อกได้ หากมีอาการขั้นรุนแรง
ระดับความดันโลหิตปกติควรอยู่ที่เท่าไร?
ความดันโลหิตที่ “เหมาะสม” ของคนอายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป จะอยู่ที่ 120-129 (mm/Hg) สำหรับตัวบน และ และ 80-84 (mm/Hg) สำหรับตัวล่าง วิธีการวัดความดันด้วยตนเอง
ความดันโลหิตต่ำ ทำไมต้องรักษา? สำหรับผู้ป่วยที่มีความดันโลหิตต่ำ ก็ควรเข้ารับการตรวจร่างกายและตรวจสุขภาพเพื่อหาสาเหตุของภาวะความดันโลหิตต่ำ เช่น การตรวจเลือด ตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ ตรวจหัวใจด้วยเตียงปรับระดับ ซึ่งทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับวินิจฉัยของแพทย์
